Chromie – Legendary Bronze dragon back

Chromie – Legendary Bronze dragon back

Meet the Chromie – Yup, Again

Chromie Bronze dragon

In the patch 7.2.5  our old friend, dragon Chronormu, also knows as Chromie will back with a new epic questline. Officials description:

“An epic, time-twisting questline involving everyone’s favorite walking paradox: Chromie!”

We already looked at this story and datamined dialogues and found a few interesting strings about lore! If you new in World of Warcraft then you need to know that Chromie is the bronze dragon Chronormu that loves to use female gnome form.

In the additional patch, she will be a quest giver and member of the Timewalkers, She gave the most interesting quests in WoW like:

NOTE THAT ALL THAT LIES BELOW WILL BE A HUGE SPOILERS! YOU ARE ALERTED, PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Introduction

Chromie WoW

Chromie will meet you and perhaps her future (or past) copy.

Hold onto your helmet… we’re traveling through TIME!
Alright… let’s see here. I think we’re at the right time, give or take a minute. Am I dead yet?
Oh, good. There I am over there. Hi, me!
Oh, hi! What are you doing here?
Here we go… again!
I bought us a few more seconds this time, but we have to move quickly.
Hey! Chromie!
Oh, hi! What are you doing here?
Follow me! We don’t have much time!
Oh! Well, alright. You’ve never steered me wrong in the past. Or in the future.
So, where are we going? Why are we leaving Wyrmrest?
Somebody is trying to kill you. In fact, it should happen any second now…
And then just teleports away
Alright, I’m chronoporting us to a point four hours before the attack happens. That’ll give us PLENTY of time to untangle this mess.
Huh! That’s weird. Something’s blocking me from accessing that particular moment.
No worries! Four hours was probably too early anyways. Let’s try one hour.
Now I’m starting to get worried, $n. Whoever orchestrated this attack really did their homework. They’ve found a way to block my chronoports!
Let’s give this one last try…
There, that did it!
We are now at a time 15 minutes before my death.
That probably won’t be enough time to save me, but it’s the best I can do for now.

Chronoshards

As we can see from the next datamined info in patch 7.2.5 we will collect new shards – Chronoshards and proceed further in this quest you need to collect all of them!

And when we farm enough of them, we will travel to all Dragonshrines to investigate. In the Ruby Dragonshrine, we will meet a Leach that hides inside the tree, and keep one of the Chronoshards. In Obsidian – Dreadlord that is talking with another bronze dragon. After a short talk, you will destroy this Dreadlord and receive another type of the Chronoshard. Then we will go to the Emerald Dragonshrine and which demons are connected with the emerald dream? Right – Satyrs. And of course, this satyr have another Chronoshard. We have only last shrine to visit – Azure Dragonshrine, and here we met a Void Lord that holds another Chronoshard.

After receiving all Chronoshards Chromie will tell us that Legion is planning a cross-synchronous attack. And she surprised why a bronze dragon helped the Legion?

Attacks on Chromie

Chromie sees through the time and saw a few attacks across time, and you as a Hero need to stop them.

And from this point, we start to jump through the portals that open Chromie and beat all bad guys that appear. We will travel to a lot of places, like Mount Hyjal, Well of Eternity, Stratholme and others.

After Chromie is saved

Chromie just saved all Azeroth and we helped her a lot. If you do not understand what is going on, then do not upset – Time is complicated. And that’s why you can re-do this mission if you failed and Chromie was killed. “There’s no time like the present… trust me.

Patch 7.2 New Class Mount and Artifact progression

Patch 7.2 New Class Mount and Artifact progression

Future of the World of Warcraft

Recently at BlizzCon 2016 Blizzard announced their plans for the Future of World of Warcraft. And the most important announce – Patch 7.2.

Review of the “small” patch 7.1.5

Also they announced 7.1.5 in brief:

  • First “little update in Legion
  • Timewalk dungeons of Pandaria will be added
  • Brawler’s Guild will be reworked. That means NEW (clearly new, not adjusted old) bosses, some new Challenge in forme of Rumbles (Randomly at arena will spawn a boss that is “raid” level, and all spectators will be pulled into arena to fight with him), and new Brawlers Golds to acquire “communal benefits for fellow Brawlers”
  • Micro Holidays – short events without any rewards and achievements. They will be made only to make this world looking Alive. And of course for fun, how about a Guardian Day where you can try yourself in the role of the Guardian of Stormwind
  • Blade’s Edge Arena Update – One of the oldest PvP arenas has been remade, what do you think about it?
  • Class Updates – Blizzard collected enough information about classes in World of Warcraft and will balance them once again. Also they try align secondary stats to make sure that gasps between best and worst are not large enough to distort gameplay

Aaaand that all for patch 7.1.5, let go right to Patch 7.2 with new cool stuff like Mounts, Raid, and ability to Fly in the Legion.

Main hero of todays article – Patch 7.2

Class Mounts in Legion

At Blizzcon 2016 was announced one thing that was waited by all World of Warcraft players – Ability fo Fly in Legion. And on what you will fly in such horrible days of Legion invasion? you have a plenty of good old mounts, but they all are boring. So Developers decided to add some new Class oriented Mounts as a Reward for another chapter of your Class Hall Company! Lets look closer at them.

Death Knight

Death Knight Class Mount

Fell infused dead dragon that’s look gorgeus.

Demon Hunter

Demon hunter Class Mount

Well, that was predictable. But it look awesome still. Riding on Bat into a battle, what can be better?

Hunter

Hunter Class Mount

Wolf wyvern? wolferyn? At any case it look good and fit perfectly in Hunters Spirit.

Mage

Mage Class Mount

Well, there is a disappointment. Just a flying disc like Maligos mages have. Well it is better than nothing.

Monk

Monk Class Mount

Jade tiger, look awesome but they do not show his Flight form. If it will just “run” on air then monks start to whine probably.

Paladin

Paladin Class Mount

Aaaanother holy horse. Meh…

Priest

Priest Class Mount

Something new! Lion-owl with wings, at least it looks differently.

Rogue

Rogue Class Mount

A bad-ass crow, looks great.

Shaman

Shaman Class Mount

in my opinion – best class mount that was announced. It so perfectly fit to a shaman class!

Warlock

Warlock Class Mount

Aaaanother Unholy horse. Meh x2…

Warrior

Warrior Class Mount

Good looking protodrake, but we already have Galakras – Last Brood of Galakrond, that look similar.

Druid

Druid Class Mount

A giant Owl, but i suppose that is a nightelf model and other race will have their own flipght form.

Artifact in 7.2

Artifacts story will continue with your order hall story, Blizzard will add a new traits, and gold one too! Also previous trairs thaw was 3/3 now can be upgraded to 4/4.

In 7.2 for each class will be added some Order quest that will challenge your skill at certain specalization. Just like Warlocks and their green fire.  If you will be able to complete this quest then you will be rewarded by a Special Artifact appearance, and every one that will see that appearance will know that you are skilled player that know your class perfectly!

7.1 Back to the Karazhan

7.1 Back to the Karazhan

New – is well forgotten old

Karazhan moon

The history of this dark tower shrouded in mystery, but from the very beginning its destiny was closely linked to the Guardians of Tirisfal – once a major bastion of Azeroth in the fight against the Legion. Now it is known primarily as a haven of Medivh, whose tragic betrayal ended Keepers  unbroken chain. Not surprisingly, that the Legion takes a special interest in Karazhan. Spare no effort to capture the tower, demons intend to open a new front in the war with the inhabitants of Azeroth.

Update «Back to Karazhan” for the Legion – is a new adventure for 5 players in many ways similar to the raid instance for 10 players from The Burning Crusade. Once Karazhan was the home of Medivh, the last Guardian of Tirisfal, so every stone, every step is filled with mysterious power. This force become a beacon that atracting demons of the Burning Legion, and Moroes, Medivh’s servant, opened its doors in the hope that his master would soon return.

In that tower heroes will find many new challenges and bosses, as well as new stories can be found. Also you can experience the infamous Opera Hall. But before you enter into Karazhan, you must perform a task from Khadgar and thwart the plans of Gul’dan.

Karazhan banquet hall

Warlock sends secret orders to the higher demons, that lurking in the dark depths of the Shattered Isles, and to intercept these messages, Khadgar need your help. But this is only the beginning of an adventure. You have to fight with the king-god Skovald in the Halls of Valor and with three demons of Gul’dan. By bringing together all the pieces of the puzzle, Khadgar learns the terrible truth, and then adventurers have to go to the Karazhan.

Developers comments

We often discuss among themselves whether or not to upgrade some or other play materials, and in which places from the previous addons players would be most interesting to come back.

Karazhan constantly pop up in such conversations, but in the past we could not tie him to the Legion story. And finally I found a solution: the Guardian tower have rich history, so it seemed natural that it will be interested to the Legion. So we will be able to create a dungeon for 5 players in the scale. The lower tier of the tower remained mostly the same as they were in 2007 – but the mechanics of the creatures and battles with bosses was completely redesigned. In that magician tower laws of gravity do not always work. Who knows what secrets can store such a place?

Bosses overview

That dungeon have 8 Bosses, some of them are new, but some are good old bosses that was in previous Karazhan.

Maiden of Virtue

This Warden of Titans arrived in Karazhan to clean the tower from vice and corruption. Notorious parties of Medivh seriously angered her. Maiden start a holy war for the glory of virtue. She does not step back from her goal – to eradicate immorality in every way.

Opera Halls

Wikket

Are villains born evil, or do they fall into wickedness due to the influence of others? Perhaps considering this quandary from the hozen point of view will offer enlightenment…

Westfall Story

Amidst the carnage of rival gangs battling for the turf of Westfall, two lovers from very different worlds fight for happiness. It is said that love is blind… but does it also need a translator?

Beautiful Beast

Cursed to take the form of a beastly monster, Brute must find true love before he loses his life to the dark magic that transformed him. Will he learn proper table manners in time to win the heart of the fair Bella?

Attumen the Huntsman

Once Attumen extracted meat for feasts of his master, hunting wild animals. Now he is interested in a completely different production. He is always on the alert and ready to unleash the full power of his lethal skills to outsiders – especially those who are trying to steal his famous stallion, Midnight.

Moroes

Moroes, steward of Karazhan, carefully waited to his master’s guests, gathered for lunch in the luxurious banquet hall. The order in the tower – the meaning of his eternal life. With rude and uninvited guests, he cracks down brutally but effectively.

The Curator

The curator guards tower from intruders and destroy uninvited guests that try to unveil the secrets of Karazhan. This golem-guard, created by Medivh eventually became worthless. Now, it is prone to chaotic behavior and power overloads.

Medivh’s Shadow

The power of the last guardian was so great that you can still feel the echoes of his magic. Some of them appear as a vision of the past events. Others take a more sinister form, recalling the once enslaved Guardian will.

Mana Devourer

an experienced adventurer could hardly be scared by some mana wyrm. These small primitive creatures floating in the air and absorb the residual Arcane energy. But in Karazhan cases often things go in a different way: at first glance, a harmless creature can be a serious threat.

Viz’aduum the Watcher

Kil’jaeden ordered to Viz’aduum All-Seeing to grab Karazhan and turn passing through a tower of power energy at the service of demon legion. If he could connect them with countless worlds belonging to the Legion, the dark titan army take Azeroth and turn it into a smoldering ruin.

The Burning Legion: Satyr

The Burning Legion: Satyr

Satyr

Satyr WoW

“Perhaps they were our people at one time. Not now. Never again.”
-Lord Ravencrest

Not all demons and minions of the Legion just born somewhere in the depths of the Endless Void. There is a race of mortals, who under the influence of the dark forces of the Fallen Titan began their corruption path that will lead them where they are now. One of these is a Satyres. Once they was a beautiful and powerful  Azeroth race, that called themselves – Kaldorei.

Xavius Origin

The first of the Satyres is Xavius, also he is the most powerfull and due to this he became their leader. During the first war, he with Queen Azshara betrayed his people, for which he was killed by Malfurion Stormrage.

Sargeras decided that Xavius could be useful to Burning Legion and raised him by converting in terrible horned creature, awarding his with the ability to turn the night elves in the same abominations as himself. Dark Lord also awarded this race with Immortality.

Xavius

Instead of slender elven they now have a large hairy body, more than 2 m in height. They grew sharp claws, hooves on their feet and horns on theirs head.

Appearance of satyres exactly reflects their inner world. This creatures are masters of demonic magic, but despite this they prefer to carry out attacks in close combat. Like all demonic creatures, they love causing physical and emotional pain to their pray.

Inheriting from Xavius an ability to transform the elves into satyres, they are happy to spread the infection throughout the world. They quickly attack their prey and tear it a part.  Evisceration gives them a special pleasure, and the bloodier it is, the better . This race has no idea of honor and so attacking their target surreptitiously. They stalk the mortals, leaving a hint of theirs presence, and Originating paranoia in victims and delusions of persecution.

The Burning Legion: Succubi and Shivarry

The Burning Legion: Succubi and Shivarry

Female Forces of the Burning Legion

Sayaadi (Succubi)

Succubi sayaadi Burning Legion

“Do not touch what you can not afford”
– Succubus

Sayaadi, or more commonly known as succubi – part of the female forces of the Burning Legion. Sayaadibeautiful demonic maidens, their beauty is as insidious as it is their essence. No one know when they decided to join Burning Legion and what is theirs homeland, as well as no one ever seen any male of this race. They execute orders only those who they respect and who are sympathetic to them. But after they joined the Dark Titan, they had no choice but to live by the law.

Her feet, from the hooves, covered in tattoos deposited by magic. The body is dressed in a light plate armor of unknown material. This armor is only slightly covers her body, but it is well protected from all attack. Sayaadi of the Burning Legion have recurved horns.

Succubi – is a delight and burning pain in one person. Their main weapon – it is lust and seduction, through its sensual forms. Like all demons, they love to bring the pain and suffering to mortals, but often do not mind and have fun with them.

These ladies try to avoid direct confrontation, preferring to fight with incredible charm, and when they win the trust of the victim, hit them in the back.

Many mortal sorcerers choose Sayaadi as their companions, but rarely unwittingly fall into the uncontrolled love for them. Racial leader of succubi was Queen of Suffering, as a great and powerful, that could even tempt immortal beings.

Shivarry

Shivarry Burning Legion

Shivarry – one more representative of the beautiful half of the Burning Legion. As is the case with Sayaadi nothing about the representatives of the male race is unknown. And we know almost nothing about these strange and fascinating creatures. In the ranks of Sargeras they serve as priestesses and chaplain (priest). Demonic six-armed woman, very devout by nature.

They Live only for the sake of what to preach the vision of the Fallen Titan. Their devotion to the Dark Lord is deep. They have sharp blades in each pair of hands

Like sayaadi, their body only half covered with light armor. Shivarry have no particular racial leader, they dutifully serve the same God – Sargeras.

One of the recognized representatives of a Mother Shahraz.

The Burning Legion: Mo’arg

The Burning Legion: Mo’arg

Leading Troops

Mo’arg

Mo'arg engeener

“They’re building to destroy forever.”
– Tessa Black

Mo’arg – a powerful and very intelligent demonic race. These terrible creatures, were opponents of Sargeras, at the time when he was still a defender of the Pantheon. Like many of the other races, they were born in the depths of the Twisting Nether. After the madness of Titan, he got them into the ranks of his troops. Mo’arg are outstanding engineers and blacksmiths, they were born only to create machines, and will give odds to almost any goblin and gnome of Azeroth. Every self-respecting Mo’arg feels obliged to modify his body, equipped with its own inventions, replacing flesh with an iron hand-saw or mechanical pair of eyes. They refused even from food itself, replacing stomachs with mechanism on the batteries.

In the ranks of the Legion, these vile creatures, exercise defense, forge weapons, create siege machines, equip camp. Under the guidance of the brilliant engineers working Gn’args – undersized Mo’arg that are engaged in repair and service equipment. However ehey are not no more stupid than their tall relatives, but do not consider it important or necessary to improve their body.
This Race dont have any leader.

Felguard

Mo'arg Fel Guard

Fel Guard may be called the main combat unit of the Burning Legion. These demons are Mo’arg race. In spite of theirs low position in the huge army, they are not much inferior to the power of its leaders. They operate under the guidance of the Doom Guardians and Destructors. These demonic creatures fearless and steadfast allegiance to their leaders.

This muscular demons are about 2.5 meters tall. They have red skin, leg end with cloven hooves. Three small horns growing right out of their heads, while the two long horns protruding from his back. They have a giant sword oddly shaped with sharp corners and teeth.

Unlike the higher demons, they do not rely on magic and deception, they shy away from it all. Their weapons – clean power, they are trained only to fight and can not do anything more. They overwhelm their opponents with lightning speed. Demons are not stupid, like their race engineers use all sorts of tactics and looking for weaknesses in the enemy’s rear, causing powerful punches. Their forces exceed the forces of the mortal races.

Outside of battle, they are disciplined and obedient, but when given the order to rush into battle, they turn into wild, unforgiving, ruthless monsters.

Leader, like other Mo’arg, have been observed. But the bright representative of these creatures – Fel Lord Zakkun that, in the opinions is an evolved stage of the ordinary fel guards.

The Burning Legion: Pit Lords

The Burning Legion: Pit Lords

The Burning Legion: Pit Lords

Sargeras create a huge and unstopable army. This army consists from a lot of cruel, cunning and powerful races. In this section we will look at the most influential of them, and we’ll startwith Pit Lords.

Pit Lords

pit_lord___warcraft_by_joedomani-d8cs410

Pit Lords –  one of the most powerful demons that originated in the chaotic astral region called the Twisting Nether. Their power can be compared only with the power of the Legion generals themselves – Archimonde and Kil’Jaeden. These ruthless, huge destroyers are the military commanders of the Burning Legion. They are just as enormous and majestic, as cruel and powerful.

This is one of the most bloodthirsty, barbaric butchers that roam in the Endless Void. These hulking sowers of hatred and death, nourish love only to destruction and causing pain to all living creatures. In contrast to the artful Nathrezim, which we will mention in the next article, they prefer a simpler approach to the conquest of the world, rather than the first. Their approach – all kinds of intimidation and torture. Often they are enslaved inferior races of demons that would in the future, when the deposition of the mortal worlds, to use them as cannon fodder.

Despite the fact that this race was recruited Kil’Jaeden many centuries ago (it is believed that it happened somewhere between 11 and 25 thousand years ago), they acted under the authority of Archimonde the Defiler. In carrying out theirs activities as a commander, destroyer also acted as living siege machines, overtaking chilling horror to all those who had to face with them. But often they do not participate in the battles, as they are too important to the plans of Burning Legion.

Mannoroth the Destructor

One of the most famous, recognizable representatives of this race, is their leader, a terrible, most powerful of them all – Mannoroth the Destructor.

It is also not less known and Magtheridon and Azgalor.
